$120 for this two-hour class, plus $45 per bird (charged at end of excursion)
Field Only. This guided hunting excursion with Steve & Loki is the perfect opportunity to experience the excitement of wild game hunting, whether you’re a seasoned sportsman or brand new to the field. Season runs from October 18th 2025 thru February 22nd 2026.
How to register: Go to our calendar to select a specific day and time. Copy the class code in the calendar. Then use the link here, OR the link in the calendar item, to make your reservation; enter the class code in the "Add a note to the seller" box. We'll contact you to confirm details.
Be sure to fill in this Day-Hunt Participant Survey. This lets us know about your hunting experience and the make/model of your gun.
BOT will provide: a guide/shooting instructor, a hunting dog, orange vests for the party, and cleaning of the downed bird(s).
What you'll provide: a valid Upland Bird card; your hunting rifle; steel shot ammunition; a valid photo ID; a small ice chest for your game; appropriate clothing for the day’s conditions, including waterproof boots; large baggies for cleaned birds; personal protective equipment (ear plugs, eye protection); and your own food/beverage.
If you're literally new to the field we can precede your experience with a separate, hour-long Clay Shooting Class; ideal for newcomers. You can grab this option even if you're experienced, as it's a great warm-up for everyone.)
If you're new to bird hunting or feel a bit rusty on it, take a clay-shooting session with us!
Raises your range awareness and safety by a couple of orders of magnitude.
